| 《素问·刺腰痛》记述了足太阳经3 条支脉，分别为解脉、会阴之脉、衡络之脉。笔者通过考究足太阳膀胱经、其交会经及临床研究报道等推演出《素问·刺腰痛》可增列足太阳经第4条支脉，即“足太阳支脉—耳支脉”，该支脉对腰痛的治疗与预防具有重要指导意义，不可忽视。 |

| Abstract: |
| “Suwen Acupuncture Lumbago”describes three branches of the Foot Taiyang Meridian, i.e. relieving meridian, perineum meridian and balancing collaterals meridian. By studying the Taiyang bladder Meridian of Foot, its intersection and clinical research reports ,the authors consider “Suwen Acupuncture Lumbago”can add the fourth branch of Foot Taiyang Meridian, That is, "Foot Taiyang branch-ear branch", which has important guiding significance for the treatment and prevention of low back pain and cannot be ignored. |
