中医导引英文系统评价的文献计量分析

摘要:
目的:分析中医导引英文系统评价(SR)研究现状,总结当前研究热点,以期为中医导引的临床实践和未来研究提供科学依据。方法:检索PubMed、Cochrane Library收录的中医导引SR,筛选符合标准的文章,从一般信息、干预措施、疾病分类、Meta分析结果4个方面进行梳理、分析。结果:共检索到53篇SR。2007年—2021年中医导引SR发文量呈现出上升趋势,研究机构集中在中、美、韩、英4个国家,形成四个发表团队,发表期刊以补充替代医学类杂志为主。疾病研究最多的是原发性高血压、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、糖尿病、抑郁障碍和恶性肿瘤。36篇SR进行Meta分析,其中中医导引干预慢阻肺和抑郁障碍均获得有效结局指标;干预原发性高血压、2型糖尿病获得较多有效结局指标,从有效指标看,中医导引干预比不干预有更好效果。结论:中医导引SR受到国际持续关注,研究疾病与国际关注热点疾病一致,Meta分析结果提示,中医导引对慢性阻塞性肺疾病和抑郁障碍具有良好效果,对于原发性高血压、2型糖尿病仍需高质量的临床试验来支持疗效。

Systematic Reviews On the Use of Traditional Exercises: A Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To map the situation of systematic review (SR) researches on traditional exercises, track the current hotspots and provide the scientific evidences for clinical practices and further researches. Methods: All relevant SRs were searched in PubMed and Cochrane Library, assessed for eligibility, and analyzed based on general information, interventions, diseases, and research results of Meta analysis. Result: A total of 53 Qigong SRs were identified. Qigong SRs had been published in the period from 2007 to 2021, showing a upward trend. China was the most active country in conducting SRs on traditional exercises, followed by the United States, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. There were 4 academic teams. The main type of published journals were complementary and alternative medicine journals. The research hotpot spectrum of disease were essential hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), diabetes, depressive disorders, neoplasms. 36 meta-analysis were included in this study. According to the results of Meta-analysis, traditional exercise significantly improved the outcome measures of patients with COPD and depressive disorders. For patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes, traditional exercise was better than no-treatment controls. Conclusion: Traditional exercises had received continuous attention over the world. The main research field of disease were consistent with international clinical hot spot diseases. There was sufficient high-level research evidence suggesting traditional exercises as a beneficial intervention for the diseases of COPD, depressive disorders. However, the effectiveness of the use of traditional exercise in essential hypertension, type 2 diabetes should be further tested.
