岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗卒中后尿潴留疗效观察

摘要:

目的：明确岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗卒中后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：将60例卒中后尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，在基础治疗上，治疗组采用岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗，5天为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察两组患者首次排尿时间、膀胱功能积分及残余尿量，评价两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.7%，高于对照组的73.3%（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组首次排尿时间短于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者膀胱残余尿量均较治疗前减少，且治疗组改善更显著（P<0.05）。结论：岭南飞针疗法之腹针治疗卒中后尿潴留可显著缩短首次排尿时间，减少膀胱残余尿量，值得临床应用推广。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy for urinary retention after stroke. Methods: Sixty patients with urinary retention after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). On the basis of basic treatment, the treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy, while control group with conventional acupuncture. Five days was a course of treatment, the first urination time, bladder function scores and residual urine volume of the two groups were observed and clinical efficacy was evaluated after three courses of treatment. Results: The overall response rate of treatment group was 96.7%, which was higher than 73.3% of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the first urination time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05); Compared to those of before treatment, the bladder residual urine volume in both groups were decreased, and the improvement in treatment group was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The abdominal acupuncture of Lingnan flying needle therapy for post-stroke urinary retention can significantly shorten the first urination time and reduce the bladder residual urine volume, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
