目的:建立宽筋藤药材UPLC特征图谱及含量测定方法,对不同产地宽筋藤药材进行综合评价。方法:对21批不同产地宽筋藤药材进行特征图谱及含量同法测定,并结合聚类分析、偏最小二乘法分析对其质量进行评价。结果:所建立的特征图谱共确定了20个共有峰,并通过对照品比对指认了其中2个成分,分别为紫丁香苷和木兰花碱,聚类及偏最小二乘法分析显示21批样品可以分为两类,含量测定结果则显示不同产地之间的样品含量差异较大。结论:所建立的方法科学合理,能更全面反映不同产地宽筋藤药材的质量,为宽筋藤药材的质量控制提供了参考。 |

Objective: To establish the UPLC characteristic chromatogram and content determination method of Caulis Tinosporae Sinensis for its comprehensive evaluation from different origins. Methods: The characteristic chromatogram method, the same as content determination method, was used to determine the 21 batches of Caulis Tinosporae Sinensis from different origins, combined with cluster analysis and partial least-squares regression analysis, to evaluate the quality. Results: The total of 20 common peaks were determined by the established characteristic chromatogram method and 2 of those peaks were identified by standards which were syringin and magnoflorine. The cluster analysis and partial least-squares regression analysis results showed that the 21 batches were classified into two categories. And the content determination results display the difference among the origins. Conclusion: The established method is scientifically reasonable which can fully reflect the quality of different origins of Caulis Tinosporae Sinensis that can provide a reference for the quality control of Caulis Tinosporae Sinensis. |
